Some of our products are designed and handcrafted by QalbiqueCo, while some are sourced from trusted manufacturers and vendors.
3. Use of the Website
By using our website, you agree that:

You will provide accurate and complete information during checkout.
You will not misuse or attempt to disturb the operation of the website.
4. Orders & Payment
Payments are securely processed through Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Wallets, Net Banking, etc.).
Cash on Delivery availability depends on location and may be disabled for some products.
Order confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
5. Pricing & Shipping Charges
Prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST.
Shipping charges apply on all orders unless a free shipping offer is active for a minimum order amount.
Shipping charges are visible at checkout before payment.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship pan India.
Dispatch Time: Within 2 business days.
Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (may vary depending on location, weather, courier delays).
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp.
QalbiqueCo is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted only within 16 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
8. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
We aim to deliver products safely, but due to the nature of jewellery, handling, and hygiene:
We DO NOT offer returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following cases:
Change of mind
Size/fit issue
Dislike of design or color
Jewellery worn, used, or handled improperly
Late reporting beyond the allowed time
Returns/Refunds are accepted ONLY under strict conditions:
Customer must provide a full unboxing video with no cuts/pauses, clearly showing:
Outer packaging
Opening process
Product inside
Any damage or missing item
Proof must be submitted within 5 hours of receiving the parcel.
Approval will be based on clear evidence.
If approved, customer may receive:
Replacement of the same product (if available), OR
Refund to original payment method
Not Eligible for Return/Refund:
Tarnish due to sweat, water, perfume, or improper storage
Slight color differences due to lighting/camera
Handmade items with minor natural imperfections
Products purchased during sale or discount

All jewellery sold is artificial, anti-tarnish, stainless steel, or gold-plated, not real gold.
Colour, texture, or detailing may slightly vary due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.
No lifetime guarantee is provided for colour or plating.

All product images, videos, graphics, descriptions, logos, brand name QalbiqueCo, and website content belong to us.
Strictly prohibited:

Using our brand name, logo, or packaging
Replicating our designs
